Bring Impact was founded by Pav as a boutique consultancy in 2024 in order to help companies achieve their toughest goals.

The idea for Bring Impact came from recognising that a career consisting entirely of consulting, new business launches, mergers and turnarounds has fostered a unique set of skills. Coupled with Pav’s passion for problem solving, Bring Impact was born.

Immediately prior to founding Bring Impact, Pav founded a £multi-million business which was acquired in 2024, so he has first-hand experience not only consulting on complex business transformation initiatives, but also being the one defining and implementing them, and carrying the entrepreneurial pressure of making it all work.

Before founding and then merging his previous business, Pav’s background is as a project turnaround specialist for one of the world’s premier consulting companies, with diverse experience in management positions leading the set-up of new strategic business divisions and turning around struggling units.
